Shipping policy

All standard orders placed after 8 am EST will be processed the following business day.

1. General Online Orders (USA)

  • Handling Time: 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs for regular online orders within the USA are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package, and are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use various reputable carriers for domestic shipments.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

2. Custom/Bulk Orders

  • Manufacturing/Turnaround Time: Estimated turnaround times are provided with your quote. Turnaround times for custom orders is generally 4-8 weeks from the date of final approved designs and payment, but varies depending on the size of the order. Please contact us with any questions.
  • Customer Responsibility for All Fees: For all bulk and custom orders, the customer is exclusively responsible for paying any and all shipping fees, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other associated charges or fees incurred during the shipment of the order. These costs will be detailed in your custom quote or invoice, or directly assessed by relevant authorities upon import.
  • Shipping Arrangements: Shipping methods and carriers for bulk and custom orders will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer during the order process, based on the order size, weight, destination, and desired timeline.
  • Delivery Timeline: Production and shipping timelines for bulk and custom orders will be provided in your custom quote or order confirmation. These are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or carrier delays.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all bulk and custom orders pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. International Online Orders

  • Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs for international online orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package specifics.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or abandoned, with no refund issued.
  • Delivery: International delivery times vary significantly by destination and customs processing. Miner Strong is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

4. General Shipping Information

  • Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. Miner Strong is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipments.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Miner Strong is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist your claim.
