RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES
1. General Online Orders (USA)
- 30-Day Return/Refund or Exchange Window: We accept returns or exchanges for general online orders within the USA within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition for Refund or Exchange: To be eligible for a full refund (or an exchange), the product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Refund Amount: If the returned product meets the above conditions, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
- Worn or Damaged Products: If the product is worn, washed, or damaged by the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds, unless the damage was a result of our manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Determining if there was a manufacturing defect or an error on our end is left solely to Miner Strong's discretion.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange for a general online order, please contact us at info@minerstrong.com to start the return/exchange process. Upon our approval of accepting the return/exchange, we will send you further instructions to proceed.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will generally be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note, we do not control the time it takes for your bank to process the refund on their end.
2. International Online Orders
- All Sales Final: Due to the complexities and costly nature of international shipping and customs, all international online orders are considered final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
3. Bulk and Custom Orders
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Due to the personalized nature and unique specifications of bulk and custom orders, all sales are final. These orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Verification of Specifications: It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all design proofs, product specifications, quantities, and sizing prior to the commencement of production. Once the customer has made the first payment to us for us to start production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be possible.
- Defective or Incorrect Bulk/Custom Orders: In the rare event that your bulk or custom order is found to be defective due to our manufacturing process or is incorrect based on the final approved specifications, you must notify Miner Strong in writing within 5 business days of receipt. You must provide detailed information and clear photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
- Resolution of Defects/Errors: Miner Strong, at its sole discretion, will determine if any items on the order have any manufacturing defect or if there was an error on our part. Miner Strong may, at its sole discretion, work to resolve the issue. This may include, but is not limited to, repairing the defective items, replacing the defective items, or offering a partial credit. Minor variations in color, material, or design that fall within standard industry tolerances are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return or refund.
- Customer-Provided Materials: If the customer provides materials to be used in production, Miner Strong is not responsible for any defects or issues arising from the quality or suitability of such materials.
4. General Policy Information for All Orders
- Proof of Purchase: All returns, refund or exchange requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).
- Changes to Policy: Miner Strong reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
