Shipping Policy 

Final shipping costs are determined at checkout. Orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days. If your order was placed during a high-volume sale or during holidays, processing times may be extended to 5 -12 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is ready to be shipped.


Please note that bulk/custom orders require an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation and may be longer during the holiday season.

International Orders / Shipping

Shipping costs at checkout only include the cost for us to ship the product, but may not be all-inclusive costs for you to receive the product.

Some countries charge brokerage fees and other fees to clear the products through customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees.

For convenience, we have outlined some information to be aware of below:

Potential Brokerage Fees
Brokerage fees cover the cost of the customs clearing process, which includes paperwork, tax, and customs duties. When having an order ship to Canada, for example, these fees apply to regular ground shipments and cost as much as $100 per shipment. Unfortunately, the customer or recipient has to bear these costs. As a rule of thumb, we see an average of about a $30 fee customers incur for orders being shipped to Canada.

Our “Hassle Free Returns & Exchange Policy” means that you can buy with confidence because we guarantee your complete satisfaction!

At Miner Strong, we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any unworn, non-laundered, or unused items returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Blemished items purchased are not eligible for return, refund or exchanges.  

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if there is any kind of error in regards to your order (wrong size, wrong color or wrong item), please contact us to get the issue resolved.


Please follow these simple procedures to insure a hassle-free return:

  1. Make sure that all items are returned with all original tags and/or packaging please email for the return address
  2. Ensure your return package.
  3. We recommend that returns be properly packaged, to insure that items are not damaged in shipping. Also, please ship with some form of delivery receipt.
  4. Please enclose a note as to the reason for the return. (We just want to know so we can keep everyone happy.) Kindly let us know if we messed up!
  5. Return a copy of the original packing list, include your phone number and email address.
  6. Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your refund to your credit card.
  7. Please note we only refund the original shipping charges if your order was shipped in error.

Please note if you put the wrong address and your products have already shipped, you will not get a refund. 



  1. Follow the instructions above.
  2. Enclose a note as to what needs to be exchanged regarding the returned item (style, size, color, defect, etc).
  3. Exchanges are shipped with a flat $5.00 shipping charge. If it was our mistake, your item will be re-shipped free-of-charge.
  4. If your exchange requires an additional charge (price difference or shipping), please enclose a check for the difference, or let us know if you prefer using your credit card.
  5. Please allow 7-14 days for us to process you exchange.
  6. Exchanges may take longer to process between Dec 1 – Jan 31.

Please Note:

  • We can only accept unworn, unused, non-laundered, and defective items.
  • Custom and special orders are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  • Returns and exchanges need to be sent within 30 days of delivery.
