How to get our younger generation of miners fired up for mining , motivated and enthusiastic and willing to learn and hone the skills necessary to be the best not just as a miner but as an individual. Be driven. Also reach out to those coming out of high school to take a look into mining many career paths to choose from.
What are things you would still like to learn about mining? Whether it be high-level operations or niddy griddy hands-on skills?
I’m always learning something new everyday sometimes, as an operator for NGM we get to master many circuits from the Crusher to the Mill , Autoclave So always learning getting proficient . Moving form circuit to circuit keeping it interesting
What is your favorite equipment to work with?
I don’t have a favorite equipment, I do love being part of a crew , where family we look out for each other and bust out heavy’s spend slot of time together. It takes all of us to make gold to stay safe . It’s my extended family
