Love equipment and the money

What are some of the challenges you face regularly in your work, and how do you address them?
As a supervisor keeping the guys safe and heads in the game.  Good safety talks and getting out with the guys

What do you find most rewarding about your job as a miner?
Long days hard work. Knowing you earn your money

Are there any particular skills, qualifications or advice that are essential for someone interested in becoming a miner?
Good work ethic, not to proud to ask questions.

How do you see the future of mining evolving, and what opportunities or challenges do you anticipate?
Gear will continue to become more automated,  networks underground and will still need people, mechanics to fix broke down gear

What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
Fishing, hunting
