I am an underground mine mechanic. 20 years+

Currently working with MechTech Inc. maintenance contracting various locations across the U.S
What makes or breaks a job’s success from your experience?
What makes or breaks a job is the people. Money comes and goes. Quality of life is where it is at
What task do you love most on the job?
I love the challenge of working with new clients and miners.
Helping them all succeed is my take home.
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?Outside of work I prioritize family time and generally spend off time active with my family. Family is why i do what i do.
If there was one thing you could change about the mining industry, what would it be?
If i could change one thing about the industry it would be accountability. As a whole we need to to better at being accountable to each other and ourselves.
